Get in touchHow do I choose between FDM and resin printing?
FDM and resin are both available. Tell us what the part needs to do, how much detail it needs and any finish preferences, and JLA3D can help you choose the most suitable option.
How long does an existing product take?
Existing products are made to order and are usually made and dispatched within one to three days. Small design adjustments can often be discussed before production.
When are digital files available?
Digital files are sold through Cults3D and can be downloaded immediately once your purchase is complete.
How long does custom CAD or 3D modelling take?
Lead time depends on the current workload and the scale of the project, but smaller CAD and 3D modelling jobs can often be completed within one to three days.
Can you 3D scan my part?
Yes, but 3D scanning needs to be discussed first because JLA3D needs physical access to the part that will be scanned.
What should I include in a quote request?
Reference photos, sketches or STL files are useful, along with dimensions, material or colour preferences, quantity and any target date. A rough idea is also a perfectly good place to start.
